PROJECT 1

A molten ball of liquid iron
the size of the moon,
surrounded by a seething
hemispherical sphere of
molten magma.
Encapsulated by a thin-crust
of tectonic plates, less than
1% of the diameter of the earth.
The centrifugal force of a
13 billion trillion ton spinning planet
expanding the equator by 43 km
almost 5 times the height of Everest
An atmosphere 100km thick
of which 8km is breathable.

A rapacious industrial complex
exhaust porting 10 million tonnes
of carbon into the atmosphere a day
global warming or prevention of
the sixth ice age

Upward a magnetosphere surrounding
the planet deflecting electrically charged particles,
cosmic radiation.
Earth spinning at 1600km per hour,
seasonally tilting between 22.1 and 24.5 degrees,
traversing around the sun at 107,000km per hour.
Our Solar System blasting a heliosphere
around the milky way at 829,000km per hour.
The Milky Way hurtling through intergalactic
space at 2.1 million km per hour,
destined to collide with the Andromeda Galaxy in
approximately 3.75 billion years.
The sun set to expire in 5 billion years
to be continued
